Incorporée en 1997, Diffusion YFB est devenue l'une des plus importantes maisons de disques au Québec. C'est avec Éric Lapointe que l'entreprise vit son premier succès majeur et c'est d'abord à titre de gérant d'artistes que la petite équipe a fait sa place au sein de la communauté artistique. Depuis, elle poursuit sur sa lancée en positionnant avec vivacité l'entreprise au sein de l'industrie du disque et du spectacle et en s'adjoignant une équipe d'astucieux collaborateurs.

Au cours de la dernière année, l'entreprise a connu une forte expansion. On compte maintenant sept divisions à Diffusion YFB, soient :
Projets D2 (production de spectacles et gérance)
Marketing D3 (produits dérivés, études de marché, marketing en ligne)
Télévision D4 (production de télévision et vidéoclips)
Communications D5 (promotion, relations de presse et publicité)
Éditions D6 (catalogue) et
Enregistrements D7.

Diffusion YFB connaît un grand succès sur les marchés québécois et canadien avec Éric Lapointe, Ariane Gauthier, Vénus 3, Funkafones, Stéphane Dufour, Hugo Lapointe...

De plus, Diffusion YFB met en marché une dizaine d'artistes étrangers par le truchement d'ententes de licences. Ces licences étrangères incluent de grands talents comme Jeronimo (Belgique), Archive (Angleterre), Morning Star (Angleterre), Bérurier Noir (France) ...

Incorporated in 1997, Diffusion YFB has become one of the most significant record labels in Québec. Its first major success was with Éric Lapointe, which served to initially establish Diffusion YFB as an artist management company within the artistic community. Since then, the company has continued to expand and has made a name for itself within the recording and entertainment industry thanks to a lot of hard work and a valuable team of collaborators.

Over the course of the past year, the company has expanded into seven divisions:

D5 Communications (promotion, press relations and advertising)
